Recollection Spirits – Hiker’s Hut

The Mountains Stay With You

Some places leave more than memories. They settle into you.

Hiker’s Hut draws on the rivers, ranges and quiet refuge of alpine New Zealand, translating that feeling of escape into an apple and honey gin. A spirit shaped by recollection, where landscape, stillness and sensory memory come together.

The packaging follows the same path. Deep forest greens, layered textures and a winding band of alpine foliage evoke the shifting light, water and undergrowth of the high country. Grounded and contemplative, the bottle captures the feeling of returning from the mountains with something of them still intact.
