Longhand

For the Record

Long before a whisky reaches the bottle, its story is written by hand. Notes on grain, distillation, cut points, casks and maturation form a working record of the decisions that shape a spirit over time.

Longhand draws on this longstanding tradition of whisky making, where years of knowledge and observation are preserved in ink. Ruled lines, handwritten annotations and cask references become the language of the packaging, with each single-cask release treated as another entry in the distiller’s record.

A history of making, written one line at a time.
