Few figures have shaped Australian sparkling wine like Ed Carr. The E.J. Carr Late Disgorged 2006 honours his thirty years at House of Arras. Almost seventeen years on lees. Just 1,566 bottles.

Time became both the story and the structure of the packaging. Deep ocean greens draw on Tasmania’s cool maritime character, while a flowing timeline traces Arras from its beginnings, through the 2006 vintage and beyond.
