Dark Lark explores a different side of Tasmania, where the darkness of the southern skies gives way to the extraordinary colours of the Aurora Australis. This limited release from LARK takes inspiration from that natural spectacle, creating a more unexpected expression of single malt whisky for the hours after dark.

Rather than simply illustrate the Southern Lights, the packaging captures their shifting energy. Against matte black glass, layers of colour and silver foil catch and change with the light, bringing the aurora to life as the bottle turns. Below, the silhouette of Cradle Mountain emerges from the textured black label, grounding the experience unmistakably in Tasmania.
