For those who make the journey to LARK’s Pontville Distillery, No.211 is a whisky found nowhere else. Drawn from a hand-selected single cask and limited to just 155 bottles, this special release will never be repeated.

Pontville’s historic sandstone architecture takes on a different character throughout the day as the Tasmanian light moves across the site. But places are rarely remembered as complete pictures. More often, it’s the fragments that stay with us — a roofline, an unexpected angle, a particular play of light.

Those fleeting impressions are rearranged across the bottle and presentation box, creating a portrait of Pontville as it might be remembered, rather than simply seen.
