Houghton EV/37

Houghton EV/37

A Quiet Evolution

In 1937, legendary Houghton winemaker Jack Mann created White Burgundy, a Chenin Blanc-based wine that helped establish Western Australia's reputation for exceptional winemaking. What began as a pioneering expression of the variety became one of Australia's most recognised white wines.

EV/37 revisits that history through a different lens. An old-vine Chenin Blanc from Margaret River, celebrating the variety's delicacy, depth and complexity.

The packaging takes its cue from the wine itself. A single feather drifts across a soft, tonal landscape, its sculptural detail emerging as the light moves across the label. A quiet balance of heritage and modernity, with layers that reveal themselves over time.
