LARK set out to tell a story of Tasmania that no single bottle could hold.

Three years in the making, the Wilderness Collection brings together nine exceptionally rare single-cask whiskies, each exploring a different connection between Tasmania’s natural world and the spirit it shapes.

The journey begins deep in the highland peat, among tiny moss froglets, ancient pines and rare orchids. It rises into the island’s extraordinary skies before reaching its wild coastlines and the deep southern waters stretching towards Antarctica. Across Earth, Sky and Sea, each story is intimately connected to the character and making of its whisky, with only a few hundred bottles produced from each cask.

The packaging follows the same journey. Intricate illustrations flow continuously around the glass and gifting, each release connecting with the next. Brought together, the nine bottles reveal one uninterrupted portrait of Tasmania, with the final Island chapter reserved exclusively for those who have already become part of the journey.
